Case summary
This is a Unilateral Administrative Order pursuant to CERCLA issued to Enterprise Sales Inc., Dan Fleischman, and the Joan and Arthur Fleischman Trust. The named Respondents are past and current owners and operators of the Site facility. The Order required the performance of a removal action to address on-going releases of hazardous substances.
