This is an administrative order for compliance pursuant to SDWA issued to Calaveras County Water District for SDWA violations at their Ebbetts Pass water system. The violations are: exceedance of the running annual average MCL for haloacetic acids (HAA5) for 2002 and the first quarter of 2003; failure to issue public notices informing their customers of these violations within 30 days after the respondent learned of them.
