'This is a Civil Judicial Referral pursuant to CERCLA in which EPA requests that the Department of Justice bring an action against 17 potentially responsible parties (PRP) at the Waste Disposal Superfund Site. The Complaint will seek injunctive relief for performance of the remedial action, and cost recovery for all unreimbursed past and future costs, with interest. EPA and the PRP have negotiated the terms of a consent decree and referred this consent decree to the Department of Justice.'
