Final Order No Penalty
Case summary
This is an Administrative Penalty action pursuant to Section 325(c) of Title II of the Superfund Amndments and Reauthor- ization Act (EPCRA) issued in resolution of a Self-Audit/Self-Disclosure received from Coastcast Corp. NOTE: Because this matter was not reported during the Fiscal Year in which it occurred, this particular action was not included in the Region 9 enforcement credit totals for FY 2001.
