Case summary

In 1992, EPA and the U.S. Department of Energy entered into a Federal Facilities Agreement to address contaminated soil and ground water at the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory (LLNL) Site 300 Experimental Test Facility. More recently, in February 2001, an Interim Site-Wide ROD was signed to address additional issues (such as the Pit 7 Complex at LLNL Site 300).
