Specifically, Enviro-Master Services of Utah violates FIFRA 12(a)(1)(B), 7 U.S.C. ? 136j(a)(1)(B), by making any claims that are not on the Section 3 label for Blue Planet Hospital Grade Disinfectant, EPA Reg. No. 89896-2-89043, where the ?Virus Vaporizing? service is offered for sale, https://enviro-master.com/commercial-cleaning-services/virus-and-germ-spraying/.
