The Order addressed the water system?s failure to notify the public that the Lead Service Line Inventory (LSLI) was not submitted by October 16, 2024, deadline and failure to notify customers of any lead service lines, galvanized service lines, or unknown service lines. The Order requires the Respondent to notify customers served by lead, galvanized, or unknown service lines and notify the public that the LSLI was submitted late. The State of Montana provided the System extensive compliance assistance prior to the SDWA Enforcement Section initiating this enforcement action. The System serves approximately 59 individuals at least 60 days a year.
