Case summary
The Order addressed several violations identified from 2022 to present. Violations include failure to complete corrective actions in response to two sanitary survey reports identifying significant deficiencies by August 2024 and May 2025, respectively; failure to certify the distribution of a consumer confidence report in 2022 and 2023, failure to conduct triggered source monitoring within 24 hours of a total coliform positive sample in July 2024, failure to deliver a consumer notice of individual tap monitoring results for lead in 2023, and failure to notify the public of required violations. The Order requires the Respondent to submit a proposed Plan and Schedule for completion of all significant deficiency corrective actions; certify the distribution of the 2022 and 2023 consumer confidence reports; and notify the public of the failure to complete significant deficiency corrective actions. The Water Division provided the System extensive compliance assistance prior to the SDWA Enforcement Section initiating this enforcement action.
