Case summary
On November 3, 2022, Respondent discharged approximately 178 gallons of red dyed diesel from a storage tank at the Site into a storm drain that connects to a manmade drainage system(Unnamed Tributary) that runs along Spring Creek Road referred to as the sewer plant discharge stream. EPA issued a 308 request for information and in the response to the RFI, EPA discovered SPCC deficiencies in addition to the spill.
