Please note that any additional sales or distributions of these misbranded devises or other violations may subject Visser Precision LLC, to further enforcement action, including civil or criminal penalties. Section 14(a)(1) of FIFRA, 7 U.S.C. ? 136l(a)(1), provides for the assessment of administrative penalties up to $24,255 for each day violation, as adjusted for inflation. 88 Fed. Reg. 89309
