The Order addressed several violations identified from September 2023 to present. Violations include failure to monitor for total coliform during September to December 2023 and January to July 2024; failure to monitor the chlorine residual over the same period; and failure to monitor the System?s tap water for lead and copper during the July to December 2023 and January to July 2024 monitoring periods.
