EPA v. Rafter J Ranch Homeowners Association Public Water System

Case summary

On September 17, Region 8 issued an Administrative Order (Order) under section 1414 of the SDWA to Rafter J Ranch Homeowner?s Association (Respondent) based on a determination that the Rafter J Subdivision HOA Public Water System (System) of Teton County, Wyoming violated EPA?s National Primary Drinking Water Regulations. The Order addressed several violations identified from 2019 to 2024.
