On July 18, 2024, a Region 8 RJO issued a final order ratifying a consent agreement between R8 and Intelagard, Inc., settling allegations that Intelagard violated FIFRA by distributing or selling pesticides that were misbranded and contained active ingredients at levels outside of the certified ingredient limits. Allegations that pesticide product had active ingredients that were outside of the certified limits was based on NEIC?s analysis of samples gathered by the R8 inspector.
