Case summary
On May 25, the UST team placed Delivery Prohibition (DP) tags on the USTs at Suds-N-Grub. DP makes it unlawful to deliver, deposit or accept a regulated substance into an UST. The owner/operator?s unresolved violations were for failure to maintain the corrosion protection system and failure to comply with the temporary closure requirements. There is no timeframe for compliance with this enforcement tool; however, once the violations are corrected, the tags will be removed.
