Case summary
On May 18, 2021, and inspection was done at the Kellerstrass facility in Moab, UT. They were not in compliance with SPCC regulations. The EPA continued to work with the company to return them to compliance, but they quit responding to our requests for documentation. During that time, the facility was sold to Rhinehart Oil Company. Rhinehart Oil Company returned the facility into compliance in December 2022.
