Camfil USA has also violated FIFRA section 12(a)(2)(N), 7 U.S.C. ? 136j(a)(2)(N), for failing to file reports required by the Act. As required by 19 C.F.R. ? 12.112, a Notice of Arrival of Pesticides and Devices, EPA form 3540-1 including a copy of one product label, must be submitted prior to the arrival of a shipment in the United States. Camfil USA did not file a copy of the label with form 3540-1.
