Case summary
On September 24, 2019, the EPA RMP team conducted an inspection of the SRC Energy Goetzel and Troudt Pads. Shortly after SRC Energy merged with PDC Energy. The inspection and follow-up investigation review determined that both facilities failed to comply with safety information, failed to complete required operating procedures, failed to report correct amounts of hazardous chemicals. The facility has corrected the violations and ECAD had closed out this matter with two $5,700 ESAs.
