Case summary
During the May 24, 2017 inspection, the facility manager, was unable to provide the required cathodic protection (CP) test records for the underground storage tank (UST) Tank 1 and the CP test records for the piping systems for both USTs at the facility. On November 1, 2017, the manager provided a CP test that had been performed on October 2, 2017. The facility however did not pass the CP test. On December 8, 2017 the test was performed again and passed. The test was conducted by Tank Management Services, Inc. of Billings, Montana.
