Case summary

Eagle Stop is a privately owned gas station with a convenience store located on the Cheyenne River Reservation in Eagle Butte, South Dakota. The facility has two STI-P3 USTs installed in 1989. Tank 1 is 10,000 gallons and stores E-10. Tank 2 is 12,000 gallons and stores unleaded. The piping is FRP and is a pressurized system. Passing tank leak detection records were available for all tanks for the previous 12 months. Passing CP tests were available within the last 3 years for the tanks. At the time of inspection, the facility did not have a current passing ALTT, a passing copy of the test was received on August 14, 2017. On August 14, 2017, the EPA received a fax containing the results of the current annual line tightness test and line leak detector test, that were conducted on that date.
