Alleged violations are for failure to monitor total coliform bacteria in March and April 2018, and, September, October and November 2017, and failure to conduct triggered monitoring of the System?s source after a routine total coliform sample analyzed was positive on June 15, 2016. Additonal violations include failure report the violations to the EPA and failure to complete public notice of the June 15, 2016, violation. The Order requires the System to monitor and complete public notice as required by the regulations.
