Case summary

Clear Water Industries of Ogden, Utah is a pesticide supplemental distributor. Supplemental distributors and their registrants (owners of the pesticide) are required to ensure their pesticides are registered with the EPA and that their labels are current and correct. An EPA inspector conducted a for-cause inspection at the Clear Water facility on December 13, 2017.
