(Denver, CO � April 20, 2023) - The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), the U.S. Department of Justice, and the State of Colorado announced a settlement agreement with WES DJ Gathering LLC (WDJG), formerly Kerr-McGee Gathering LLC, that will strengthen air pollution controls at three contiguous natural gas processing plants near Fort Lupton, Weld County, Colorado (Fort Lupton Complex).
