Case summary
On May 23, 2016, Veit and Company, Inc. (Veit) agreed to a Combined Complaint and Consent Agreement (CCCA) under which Viet would pay a penalty for storm water violations at the Longfellow Elementary School in Minot, North Dakota. In the CCCA, the EPA alleged that Veit discharged storm water into waters of the United States during a remodeling project on at least 13 separate days from June of 2012 to August 12, 2013, without authorization by any Clean Water Act permit.
