Case summary

Energy Mizer Inc., a pesticide manufacturer headquartered in Farmington, UT, produces an antimicrobial pesticide product called Sanitizer 2000. This facility was inspected May 14, 2014 by an EPA inspector. As part of completing the inspection report a thorough label review revealed that the label was misbranded.
