During the inspection it was noted that store employees had removed smaller packaging out of a box of Just One Bite II Bar, EPA Registration Number 270-373. The box states not to remove the smaller packages out of the box for individual sale. The store put the smaller containers into brown paper bags therefore not supplying the complete label to the customer. This facility was issued a Stop Sale, Use and Removal Order (SSURO) by the EPA inspector, The field SSURO informs the facility to not sell the product.
