Case summary

sBioMed, LLC, a pesticide manufacturer headquartered in Orem, UT, produces an EPA-registered pesticide product called �Steriplex SD�. In March 2015, Region 8 issued a Stop Sale, Use and Removal Order (SSURO) to sBiomed, ordering the company to stop selling and distributing wipes and wipe kits that purported to be registered under the Steriplex SD registration numbers. The Region also ordered the company to provide a list of all persons to whom sBioMed had distributed wipes and wipe kits from 1/1/14 through the date of the Order, and to take down all false and misleading claims it was making on the web.
