Case summary
On June 15, 2010, EPA inspected Red Eagle Oil, Inc. (the former owner) and found the facility not to be in compliance with the SPCC Regulations for failing to prepare and implement an adequate SPCC Plan and secondary containment issues with some of the tanks. Brad Hall and Associates purchased the facility on December 12, 2012. EPA continued to work with the facility to bring them into compliance. Compliance was achieved in April 2014.
