On September 18, 2013, EPA inspected the Breentag, North America dba Coastal Chemical Co., LLC facilities at 5138 Yellowstone Highway (Office) and the Bernard Street & Gehring Street (Wharehouse), Casper, Natrona County, Wy 82604. EPA's inspection revealed inadequate consolidated SPCC plan for the two facilities. Both facilities were acquired by Breentag, North America in July 2013. The SPCC plan and field violations identified during EPA's inspection have been corrected and photo documentation and a revised and updated consolidated SPCC plan for the two facilities were submitted.
