Case summary
NPDES staff conducted a construction stormwater inspection at the above referenced construction site, on July 18, 2012. TDSM Inc, obtained permit coverage for the Chatfield IV subdivision in August 2007. The developer cleared 11.4 acres. A Notice of Termination was filed by the state due to no response from TDSM to make annual payments on May 15, 2012. Based on the inspection the site was 11.75 acres and there were approximately 5 acres of undeveloped lots. Constructors West Inc. was actively constructing a home at the time of the inspection. Field #4 is owned by the same entity. Field #4 owns the land, Constructors West completes construction activities. The companies were ordered to develop a SWMP, install and maintain BMPs, and apply for permit coverage.
