Case summary

Through a Combined Complaint and Consent Agreement with the City of Rock Springs, Wyoming, the EPA and the City settled a case for the City failing to implement its pretreatment program for $12,500. The alleged violations for failing to implement its approved pretreatment program in multiple areas were discovered during an EPA inspection of Rock Springs pretreatment program on August 9-12, 2010 and subsequent information received by the EPA.
