Case summary
This Complaint and Consent Agreement and Final Order is issued to Telluride Resort & Spa for the unlawful discharge of 31 barrels (1300 gallons) of diesel oil into the Town of Mountain Village Storm Sewer. After the diesel oil spill described above, Respondent also discharged Microblaze solution, a dispersant, surfactant and bioremediation agent on two separate occasions.
