Case summary
Furniture Row shall monitor monthly for total coliform bacteria and shall report analytical results to EPA and the State within the first 10 days of the month. Furniture Row shall annually monitor for nitrate and report analytical results to EPA and the State within the first 10 days of the month. Within 30 days of this order, Furniture Row shall provide public notice of violation and submit a copy of this notice to EPA within 10 days of completion and must repeat the notice every 3 months as long as the violation persists.
