This Emergency Administrative Order is issued to Rocky Boys Utilities who's water system may present an imminent and substantial endangerment to the health of persons. The Order is based on a loss of pressure in the distribution system, which can cause a net movement of water from outside the pipe to the inside through cracks, breaks, or joints in the distribution system that are common in all water systems.
