EPA v. Quebecor World Loveland (National Case)

Case summary

This referral for injunctive relief and civil penalties against Quebecor World Corporation for violations of Section 608 and the implementing regulations promulgated for the protection of stratospheric ozone. EPA Regions 1-9 are referring similar violations and in order to expedite a settlement of all of the outstanding issues at Quebecor facilities, EPA and DOJ have agreed that all of the Regions will supplement the Region 2 referral. Region 2 is the lead Region for this enforcement action.
