Case summary

On 10/7/2004 EPA sent a draft Compliance Assistance Plan (CAP) for the Ethete drinking water treatment plant. The CAP was finalized on 11/16/2004 and established a 6-month implementation period which ended on 5/16/2005. At the close of the implementation period, EPA found that the Northern Arapaho Utilities, as owner and operator of the public water system, did not comply with all the actions outlined in the CAP and continued to incur violations of the NPDWRs.
