Case summary

Region 8 has 5 KB Homes facilities which are part of a national referral. The violations include failure to obtain permit coverage prior to the start of construction, failure to prepare a Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan prior to the start of construction and failure to conduct inspections in accordance with permit requirements.
