This referral is requested to address alleged violations of the CAA, CWA, and RCRA. Region 8 has conducted a detailed review of informationprovided by ExxonMobil in response to CAA 114, CWA 308 and RCRA 3007 requests for information; conducted a LDAR inspection in June, 2002; conducted a multi-media inspection in July 2002; and, as a result, identified potential CAA, CWA, and RCRA violations.
