'This administrative order for compliance is issued to the Utah Department of Transportation for violations at the Weber Canyon State Highway Rest Stop. The violations are: failure to install filtration and disinfection, failure to meet the MCL for total coliform bacteria, failure to conduct repeat sampling following multiple total coliform positive results, failure to provide public notice of the violations, and failure to report the violations to the State. (The UDEQ has primary enforcement authority for the SDWA in the State of Utah. On 4/6/2002, EPA issued a NOV to the State requesting that it enforce the violations at the System within 30 days. The State chose not to commence appropriate enforcement for the violations.)'
