Also, on 8/3/2002, Mull Drilling reported that a blocked water disposal system line caused approximately 250 barrels of crude oil and 100 barrels of produced water to overflow from an oil field tank battery at the Kern A facility. The overflow resulted in the discharge of crude oil and produced water into a tributary to the Smoky Hill River.'
