THIS ADMINISTRATIVE PENALTY ORDER IS ISUED TO QUESTAR REGULATED SERVICES FOR VIOLATION OF THE STANDARDS OF PERFORMANCE FOR NEW STATIONARY SOURCES (NSPS) REQUIREMENTS OF SECTION 111 OF THE CAA AND ITS IMPLEMENTING REGULATIONS PERTAINING TO STATIONARY GAS TURBINES. RESPONDENT ALSO FAILED TO MONITOR THE SULFUR AND NITROGEN CONTENT OF THE FUEL BEING FIRED IN THE TURBINE. THE PROPOSED PENALTY FOR THESE VIOLATIONS IS $471,568. THESE VIOLATIONS OCCURRED AT THE FIDLAR COMPRESSOR STATION LOCATED ON THE UINTAH AND OURAY INDIAN RESERVATION.
