During a Jan. 21, 2026 Pesticide Establishment Inspection at the Ray-Carroll County Grain Growers, Inc. facility in Hardin, Missouri, a bulk tank containing the Restricted Use Pesticide know as CHARGER MAX ATZ, EPA Reg. No. 1381-199, was found to be misbranded in that the label was missing Non-Target Organism Advisory, Endangered Species Protection Requirements, parts of Spray Drift Management Section and Restrictions for Use of this product. The EPA is pursuing a similar misbranding action against the registrant, Winfield Solutions LLC.
