A GREAT DEAL OF THE MATERIAL WAS NEVER RECYCLED, AND THE RESONDENT SHIPPED 9 MILLION POUNDS OF SBM FROM YAZOO CITY, MISSISSIPPI TO A WAREHOUSE NEAR BERGER, MISSOURI.
