THIS DECREE ALSO RESOLVES THE U.S. CIVIL CLAIMS FOR INJUCTIVE RELIEF FOR THE ALLEGED VIOLATIONS OF THE CAA RISK MANAGEMENT PROGRAM AND GENERAL DUTY CLAUSE.
