REGULATORY VIOLATIONS OF RCRA, CWA AND EPCRA/CERCLA AT HPI'S PESTICIDE PRODUCTION FACILITIES IN ST JOSEPH, MISSOURI. EPA HAS ISSUED THREE RCRA 7003/106 UNILATERAL ADMINISTRATIVE ORDERS TO ABATE ENDANGERMENTS FOUND AT THREE OF HPI'S FACILITIES. IN ADDITION TO CLEANUP WORK, EPA IS SEEKING CIVIL PENALTIES AND INJUNCTIVE RELIEF FOR REGULATORY VIOLATIONS FOUND AT SIX FACILITIES. 09/19/22 the Federal Court ordered Defendants to cease business operations relating to chemical formulation/mixing, packaging, storage, distribution, sale and/or disposal at the Properties under the RCRA Consent Decree.
