POTW OVERFLOWED CAUSING 400,000 GALLONS OF PARTIALLY TREATED SEWAGE SLUDGE TO BE DEPOSITED IN AN INTERMITTENT STREAM. AOC REQUIRES THE CITY TO CLEAN UP THE STREAM, INFORM THE PUBLIC AND CORRECT DEFICIENCIES AT THE POTW.
