THERE ARE NO RECORDS OF SIGNED STATEMENTS OBTAINED FROM ANY PERSON OR BUSINESS ENTITY WHO PREVIOUSLY RECOVERED THE REFRIGERANT OR THE DATE THE REFRIGERANT WAS RECOVERED.
