'A Section 113 of the Clean Air Act Administrative Order was issued on July 17, 2002, for violations of Section 609 of the Act, and the regulations at 40 C.F.R Part 82, Subpart B. All Transmissions failed to certify to the Administrator that it has acquired, and is properly using approved recovery/recycle equipment and failed to certify that each technician is properly certified. The Order addresses the above violations and requires All Transmissions to certify in writing that the violations have been corrected.'
