The enclosed Order alleges violations of the facility?s Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) issued Concentrated Animal Feeding Operation (CAFO) Individual Permit. EPA inspectors identified alleged violations during a Compliance Evaluation Inspection (CEI) at the facility on January 20, 2026. The alleged violations include, but are not limited to, the following: 1.An opening in the lateral water line was identified, allowing wastewater to leave the production area. 2.There is a break in the berm on the south perimeter of the facility that will allow for storm water to come into contact with the production area.
