Case summary

On August 19-23, 2025, EPA conducted an inspection of the Facility, to determine Respondent's compliance with Section112(r) of the CAA, 42 U.S.C. ? 7412(r), and 40 C.F.R. Part 68. On June 27, 2025, EPA sent Respondent a Notice letter. On July 7, 2025, EPA responded to the documentation and information received from Respondent as a result of the opportunity to confer and articulated EPA's position concerning Respondent's compliance with Section 112(r) of the CAA, 42 U.S.C. ? 7412(r). Based upon the information gathered 1uring the Inspection, EPA determined that Respondent violated certain provisions of the CAA.
