EPA conducted an investigation of the Facility on April 24, 2025, to determine Respondent's compliance with Section 112(r) of the CAA, 42 U.S.C. ? 7412(r), and 40 C.F.R. Part 68 (the Investigation ). Respondent failed to submit an updated RMP for the Facilities by the required due date of January 2, 2024.
